All of our High-Output Cell Signal Amplifier Systems, are designed and shipped from our Schomberg, Ontario location, across Canada. Professional installation services are available for all major Canadian cities and surrounding areas.
All prices are in Canadian Dollars.
VERY IMPORTANT TO NOTE: Since March 2014, Canada and the USA have very different rules for cell signal amplifier systems. The FCC in the USA has reduced the output power allowed by cell signal amplifier systems to a very low level, as too many previous users that had been sold systems by electronics distributors (with no set up support) and were causing a lot of RF interference on the cell tower network. As a result, the FCC added very tough rules to this industry for the USA. Under Industry Canada rules, much higher output systems are still allowed to be used in Canada, with the condition that a certified installer does the installation or provides the support for the system design, as to not cause cell carrier network interference. We will provide this professional support for your high output installation.
To have a output power comparison for our systems, our Industrial Systems are 27dBm output power, our most sold cottage or residential system is 24dBm, and even our low cost system are 10dBm. Most of the systems sold for use in the USA, under the new FCC rules, are about 1 dBm output power. The output power is the most important specification for indoor coverage, as well as the system measured gain, but generally with low output systems, the output power (in dBm) will not be advertised, as itís such a low number. The total power is measured in Watts.
You cannot cover large area indoors, unless you are using an Industrial Grade System with high output power, and the system parts configuration is just as important as the high output system parts being used to make it work properly. This is where we provide complete design assistance and optional installation, with ALL the proper parts required for a high output system
Our return policy (for all kits except the low cost kits)
Return the entire kit within 30 days of the paid invoice date and you can get 90% back of the product (10% return fee) on your credit card in if all else fails after our troubleshooting on the phone, as long as everything comes back in the original condition with boxes, instructions, and everything as new.
If you have a problem though, please call us right away as most problems can be resolved by our troubleshooting. If you get no signal at all from the indoor antenna, generally the indoor and outdoor connectors on the repeater are reversed in relation to the antennas.
Before ordering, we do prefer to do an on the phone assessment with the customer of their actual site location, building material, roof material, outside on the roof cell signal level, location of local cell towers, frequency of local cell towers, main cell provider you are using, terrain between your building and the cell tower, foliage between you and the tower, foliage around your building, elevation of the local cell tower, inside expected coverage area of the cell signals, and any interior walls material in the expected coverage area to make sure we all get a 100% solution to your problem that you are happy with.
Generally, for a indoor commercial store, commercial open office area or industrial unit warehouse, the High Output Pro-Grade#50-1 Dual Band Kit 65dB gain and 8 Watts both ways (on the Professional Grade kits page) would be the most sold and would cover a large indoor area in an urban, suburban or town area (with local cell towers) as you are mainly jumping the outdoor metal roof and concrete block walls (which NO cell signals go through-only the windows) with the cell signal uplink and downlink, and this is a great set up for a high output repeater system as it separates the 2 ends so that no feedback signals can occur between the outdoor and indoor antennas. For more than one indoor antenna in a commercial building, you should use the high powered Pro-Grade#75-14 dual band 14 Watts system or your repeater system overall may be low on output power.
For rural cottage properties where your main problem is the UPLINK power back to the tower and the directional throw of the cell signal (the tower is 60 Watts and your cell phone or internet device such as a Rogers Rocket Hub, Bell Turbo Hub or Telus internet stick is only a weak 0.5 Watts so you can see where the problem is), you should use the High Output Cottage Kits (Cottage Kit#40-1, #50-3 or the new 12 Watt #70-1) on the Special Value Canadian Kits page.
THERE IS NO RETURN POLICY ON THE LOW COST KITS. PLEASE DO NOT USE THESE KITS IN RURAL AREAS. THEY ARE DESIGNED FOR URBAN AND SUBURBAN AREAS WITH HIGH OUTSIDE CELL SIGNALS, TO JUMP BUILDING MATERIAL OF THE ROOF AND WALLS OF A STRUCTURE AND FOR A SMALL INDOOR AREA. (There is a one year manufacturer's warranty on the LOW COST KITS)
Please DO NOT order the 3 Watt low cost dual band kit UNLESS
you are in a urban or suburban area and expect only about 10ft of
indoor cell coverage. It is really made for a basement apartment or
basement office in a high outside cell signal area. If you are in a
rural area, the LOWEST price kit you SHOULD use is the Cottage
Kit#40-1 Dual Band 7 Watt output both ways, if you want to be
satisfied with the end result.
All units are covered under a manufacturers' one year warranty from your date of receipt. Most of the cottage kits and the professional grade kits have a two year warranty on the high-output repeaters.
Canadian customers: All newer cell phones are generally dual band. However, outside the cities, some areas have only CELL BAND coverage. With the CELL BAND, the signals tend to travel further and penetrate walls better and the carriers can cover greater distances with their towers.
Canadian customers only, we have a limited special value kits available (for houses and cottages) !!!
